WINDSOR—Chrysler is shutting down its Windsor minivan plant until next week because of engine shortages.
The plant will then be shut down Friday through Tuesday because it is struggling to source engines from its Trenton, Mich. plant.
The company expects the plant, which makes the Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country, to be back to normal operation next Wednesday.
