BOUCHERVILLE, Que: A Quebec manufacturer of a unique three-wheel motorcycle will fi nally see its products
licensed to hit the road in Alberta.

The trikes retail – top end – at just under $63,000 and have met Transport Canada’s safety requirements since 2006, but Campagna Motors says it has taken until now to change the province’s legislation to allow them on the road.

These sleek roadsters powered by name-brand motorcycle engines come in three models – the T-REX R ($56,499), T-REX RR ($62,850) and Vi3R ($51,499) – and are based on a threewheel reverse trike architecture with side-by-side cockpits.

“We can now fast track our business development in the central and western Canadian provinces,” said Michel Paquette, sales and marketing manager for Campagna Motors.

The trikes are manufactured in Boucherville.
