AutomationDirect added gauge sizes of portable/service cord from Direct Wire to their line of multi-conductor cut-to-length cables.
SOOW portable cord is rated for up to 600V with multiple conductors used for electrical power connections. This cord is for industrial machinery, large appliances, heavy-duty tools, motors, and temporary electrical power/lighting for construction sites.
The new Direct Wire SOOW cable is available in 6 AWG and 8 AWG sizes and can be ordered cut to your specified lengths in one-foot increments with a 10-ft. minimum. SOOW cord sizes between 10 AWG and 18 AWG are also available and can be ordered cut to your specified lengths in one-foot increments with a 20-ft. minimum.
