QUEBEC CITY: H2O Innovation Inc. has been awarded several new water treatment system contracts totalling $4.3 million in the US, Canada and Russia.
H2O Innovation, a Quebec City company that custom-designs membrane water treatment systems, will deliver reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration systems for the production of drinking water and water reclamation for municipal customers located in California, Colorado, and Quebec.
One of these projects involves the design and manufacture of a 6.7 million gallons per day (mgd) low-pressure reverse osmosis system consisting of two 3.35 mgd trains to treat ground water for potable use for the East Cherry Creek Valley Water & Sanitation District’s Northern Water Supply Project in Colorado.
The other contracts involve providing reverse osmosis systems and filtration equipment for the production of process water for industrial customers in the US and Canada, mostly in the energy and power generation industry.
H2O Innovation has also been contracted to design, fabricate, assemble and deliver an industrial water reuse system using its patented Bio-Brane membrane bio-reactor system to a textile plant in Russia.
