Tuesday, November 17, 2015 Exhibitor Move-in 7:30 am – 9:30 am*
Tuesday, November 17, 2015 Tradeshow Hours 10 am – 4 pm
Tuesday, November 17, 2015 Exhibitor Move-out 4 pm – 6 pm
* All exhibits must be set by 9:30 a.m on show day. Any exhibitors that do not check in by this time may forfeit their right to exhibit.
Exhibitor Badge Registration
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. On-site registration will be available on Nov 17.
Order Forms
Electricity is $95 + HST before Nov 9. Regular price goes to $125 + HST.
One-time event insurance can be purchased from PAL Insurance $97.2 .

Shipping
The only date the Bingemans Centre will accept shipments is Monday, November 16, 2015. Please ensure you are onsite to arrive and sign off on your shipment. Pump truck is available for your use however you are responsible for moving it to your booth to avoid material handling fees from the venue. Show management is not responsible for your shipment. Be aware of what shipping service you have used so that if it has not arrived, you are able to track it.
