Man dead in industrial accident in Toronto’s east end

Man of unknown age got pulled into a piece of machinery.


TORONTO — Paramedics say a man has died in an industrial accident in the city’s east end.

Deputy Commander Jamie Rodgers says they received the call for a man of unknown age who got pulled into a piece of machinery.

He says the man was pronounced dead on scene.

Toronto police say the Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
